History

1957 Apr. Founded in Mitaka as an independent company from JEOL to execute HF induction heating business
1963 Apr. Introduced electron beam welding systems from JEOL and started the first electron beam welding business in Japan
1963 Sept. Osaka factory opened
1963 Dec. Hiroshima factory opened
1964 Apr. Nagoya factory opened
1973 Oct. Developed ion nitriding equipment and started marketing the equipment and offering nitriding services
1974 Feb. Sagamihara factory opened and Mitaka factory integrated there
1975 Jun. Fuchu plant opened
1986 Jul. Introduced “aperiodic generator technology” from the French company“Manufacture de Pezenes”
1987  Mar. Developed the “plasma multi furnace (PMF)” in cooperation with Daido Steel Co., Ltd.
and started marketing
1989  Aug. Introduced an plasma carburizing furnace at the Osaka factory
and started plasma carburizing business
1992 Jul. Nagoya factory No. 2 opened
